Sutton Harbour Holdings plc ('The Company') reports that on 3 February 2003 it
was advised that on that date Rotolok (Holdings) Limited ('Rotolok') purchased
87,000 ordinary shares in the Company bringing Rotolok's total holding in the
Company to 3,614,108 shares, being 29.75% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
