Sutton Harbour Holding plc announces that it was today informed that on 1 June
2000 Nigel J Godefroy, Executive Director, purchased 4,700 ordinary shares in
the Company at 128p per share.

The Company was also informed today that Mrs B G Godefroy, wife of Duncan
Godefroy, Managing Director, purchased 5,300 ordinary shares in the Company at
128p per share on 1 June 2000.
