Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that the Managing Director, Duncan
Godefroy, has today, Wednesday 25th August 1999, contracted to acquire 1,000
ordinary shares at a price of £1.22p per share.  This brings his holding in
the ordinary shares of the company to 90,544, including family interest, which
is equal to .907% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
