Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that it was today informed of the
following directors' dealings.


Mr Nigel Godefroy, Managing Director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares at a price
of 190 pence per share on 26 May 2005.  Mr Godefroy is now interested in a total
of 42,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.17 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.


Ms Natasha Gadsdon, Finance Director, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares at a price
of 190 pence per share on 26 May 2005.  Ms Gadsdon is now interested in a total
of 10,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.


Mr Malcolm Naylor, Chief Executive and Director of Air South West Limited,
purchased 1,000 ordinary shares at a price of 190 pence per share on 26 May
2005.  Mr Naylor is now interested in a total of 1,000 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 0.004 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
