options:

Duncan Godefroy, Managing Director of Sutton Harbour, exercised 14,246 options
on 1 December 2004 under the Company's SAYE scheme at an exercise price of 68p.
Following this exercise, Mr Godefroy is interested in 242,802 ordinary shares of
the Company, representing 0.998% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Timothy Bacon, Executive Director of Sutton Harbour, exercised 2,848 options on
1 December 2004 at an exercise price of 68p. Following this exercise, Mr Bacon
is interested in 4,848 ordinary shares, representing 0.020% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
