The Company has received notification that Mr Malcolm Pearce, a Non-Executive 
Director of the Company, acquired 8,000 ordinary shares of 25p each 
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £2.86 per share on 2 July 2007.

Following this transaction Mr Pearce is interested in 321,000 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 1.27 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
