The Company has received notification that Mr Malcolm Pearce, Non-Executive
Director of the company, acquired 6000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at a price of
£3.27 per share on 10 January 2007. Following this transaction Mr Pearce is
interested in 308,000 ordinary shares representing 1.26% of the Company's issued
share capital.
