                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company has received notification that Mr Malcolm Pearce, Non-Executive
Director of the Company, acquired 5,000  ordinary shares of 25p each ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of £2.82 per share on 27 June 2007.

Following this transaction Mr Pearce is interested in 313,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 1.24 per cent. of the  Company's issued share capital.
