Change of name to Sutton Harbour Group plc

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that, in accordance with article 9 of the articles of association of the company and pursuant to the resolution passed at a meeting of the board of directors held on 27 March 2019, it has, with effect from 1 April 2019, changed its name to Sutton Harbour Group plc. 

The Board believes that the new name reflects the fact that a collective of companies in the Sutton Harbour area are under the common ownership of Sutton Harbour Group plc.

Trading in the Company's shares under the new name will commence at 8.00 a.m. today, 2 April 2019. The Company's ticker symbol will remain as "SUH". The Group's website can now be found at www.suttonharbourgroup.com.

Shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued will bear the new name.
