APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD : Mrs Sheridan Brimacombe
Mrs Sheridan Brimacombe has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the
Board of Sutton Harbour Holdings plc, with effect from 1 April 2001.
Mrs Brimacombe, a Chartered Accountant and Senior Partner of Bromhead & Co.
(Plymouth), brings to the Board her considerable finance and Audit related
experience.
