Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that pursuant to the exercise of share
options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme, the Company will issue a
further 108 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('New Ordinary Shares') taking the
total number of shares issued to 24,342,130.


Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market for listed securities ('Admission').
Admission is expected to become effective on 30th November 2006.
