Result of AGM

 

Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM:SUN), the designer and manufacturer of innovative surgical devices, advises that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

 

The resolutions included a proposal in relation to the cancellation of the Company's share premium account.  With the resolution having been passed, the Board is now in a position to commence proceedings to obtain confirmation from the Court.  It is anticipated that the final Court hearing will take place by the end of June 2010.  A further announcement will be made on completion.
