Surgical Innovations Group plc ('AIM:SUN'), the designer and manufacturer of
innovative surgical devices, advises that it will be announcing its Final
Results for the year ended 31 December 2007 on Tuesday 29 April 2008.



An analyst briefing will be given by Doug Liversidge (Non-Executive Chairman)
and Graham Bowland (Finance Director) at 09.30 am on Tuesday 29 April 2008 at
