                                Grant of Options



Surgical Innovations Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 8 November 2007
the Company granted options to subscribe for 17,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each to directors and employees of the Company. All of the options are
exerciseable at a price of 3.5p at any time between 8 November 2010 and 8
November 2017.



Options granted to the directors of the Company are as follows:
