Surgical Innovations Group plc, announces with immediate
effect the following Board change.

Mr D Brian Long, a non-executive director and previous
Chairman of Surgical Innovations Group plc is relinquishing
his position to pursue other business interests.

The Board would like to thank Brian for his contribution to
the company and wish him all the best for the future.
