The Company was notified on 16th January 2004 that between 2nd January 2004 and
8th January 2004, former director Mr David Levis disposed of a total of 50,000
ordinary shares and is now beneficially interested in 550,001 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 5.79 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
