Surface Transforms Plc ("Surface Transforms" or "the Company") was informed on 27 February 2014 that following the purchase of 3,300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Hargreave Hale Ltd is now interested in 3,345,000 Ordinary Shares which equates to 7.91 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
