Holdings in the Company

Surface Transforms Plc ("Surface Transforms" or "the Company") was informed on 29 November 2010 that following the purchase of 2,355,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 17p per share as part of the placing and open offer of the Company on 26 November 2010, AXA S.A. is now interested in 2,355,000 Ordinary Shares which equates to 7.39 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company has also been informed on 29 November 2010 by J. M. Finn & Co. Ltd that as a result of the placing and open offer of the Company, J. M. Finn & Co. Ltd is now interested in 1,540,735 Ordinary Shares which equates to 4.72 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
