                              Notifiable interest


The Company received notification on 9th March 2004 that between 20th February
2004 and 24th February 2004 and on 8th March 2004, Mr David Levis disposed of a
total of 135,000 ordinary shares and is now beneficially interested in 415,001
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.37 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company.
