Further to the announcement made on 24th May 2004, application has now been made
for the remaining 475,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are
expected to commence on 5th August 2004 in respect of 390,000 Ordinary Shares
and on 6th August 2004 in respect of 85,000 Ordinary Shares .
