Imaginatik plc (AIM:IMTK), a provider of collaborative innovation software and processes, announces that Geoffrey Carss, Executive Director responsible for Sales and Professional Services, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Mr. Carss for his contribution to the development of Imaginatik over the past three years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
