PDMR/PCA Shareholding

The Company has been notified by The AvantGarde Group S.p.A. (TAG) that it has transferred 940,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the capital of the Company at 0.6872 pence per SYME share to an institutional investor interested in supporting the Company's growth.

The transaction is consistent with TAG and its group companies' strategy to form relationships with institutions that will help to develop Supply@Me's inventory funding capability alongside banks and intermediaries, as outlined in recent communications.

The Company will announce further details regarding its comprehensive inventory funding process and its developing relationship with a number of institutional investors as soon as practicable.

Mr Zamboni's shareholding in SYME held directly through Orchestra Group remains unchanged.
