Directors Shareholding



In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 19 April 2007, that Mark
Turrell, Chief Executive of the Company, holds 81,734,147 ordinary shares of
0.0625 pence each representing 70.1 per cent. of the issued voting share capital
of the Company. The number of ordinary shares held by Mr Turrell includes
1,734,147 ordinary shares held by his wife, Dr Yvonne Lindow.
