Appointment of Shawn Taylor as Chief Operating Officer

Imaginatik plc (AIM:IMTK.L), a provider of collaborative innovation software and processes, is pleased to announce that Shawn Taylor, its Chief Financial Officer, has also been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Taylor will assume responsibility for the operational management of the Company alongside his current financial responsibilities as CFO. Mr. Taylor has been a member of the Board and executive management team of Imaginatik since 2005.
