Supermarket Income REIT PLC, announces that on 27 June 2023, Tilford Holdings Limited, a PCA of Steve Peter Windsor acquired 134,433 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail).

Following the above acquisition of shares, Steve Peter Windsor holds 1,043,624 Ordinary Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Steve Peter Windsor hold 655,304 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together therefore Steve Peter Windsor and persons closely associated hold a total of 1,698,928 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
