In accordance with FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, the Company advises
that, following the issue of 27,250,000 shares during February 2007, its issued
share capital now comprises 124,905,278 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. The voting
rights of all of these shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sunrise Diamonds plc under the 
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
