Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM-traded company focusing on the development of its CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Nevada, USA, wishes to advise that it currently expects to release its annual report and audited results for the year ended 30 September 2019 on or around 18 February 2020 and to hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on or around 19 March 2020. Confirmation of a date for the AGM will be given in due course.
