CUE DIAMOND PROJECT, WESTERN AUSTRALIA

The 100% owned Cue Diamond Project is located in the Murchison Mining District, 80km northwest of the town of Cue in Western Australia. The area was explored in the 1990s by De Beers who located kimberlites in two areas within the Company's licence area just prior to a decision to quit all diamond exploration in Australia. The two known in-situ kimberlite occurrences are at Cue1 and Soapy Bore.

To date, exploration by Sunrise, including drilling of the Cue 1 kimberlite, has confirmed the high diamond prospectivity of the licence area and resulted in the discovery of new occurrences of diamondiferous kimberlite on surface as well as defining several other targets for drilling.

An Aboriginal Heritage Survey was carried out last week and has cleared drill sites for testing all the Company's proposed diamond targets. This includes drilling to collect a sample of the Soapy Bore kimberlite, which returned 13 diamonds from a small 65kg sample for De Beers, and which is a prime target for the Company.

Further information on these targets and the proposed drill programme are given in the Company's news release dated 13 February 2014.

COUNTY LINE DIATOMITE DEPOSIT, NEVADA

The Company has recently staked 61 claims in Nevada to cover an occurrence of the valuable industrial mineral diatomite, as announced on 17 February 2014.

A contract has now been signed with Dorfner Anzaplan ("Dorfner") for a testwork programme and County Line diatomite samples have now been delivered to Dorfner's laboratory in Germany. Dorfner is a full service specialist in testing and engineering services for high-value industrial and strategic minerals, including diatomite.

The testwork programme will evaluate a range of chemical and physical properties for the samples and allow an initial evaluation of the industrial value and importance of this deposit and determine if drilling of the extensive surface outcrops of diatomite is justified.

Dorfner has advised that the testwork programme will be completed within 10 weeks.
