Capital.

The shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 6 June 2005. Having sold 9,825,000
of these shares to certain private customers, acting as Principal, City Equities
Limited held 175,000 shares at the close of trading on 7 June 2005. As this
represents 0.23%, City Equities Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in
the shares of Sunrise Diamonds plc.
