Sunrise Resources plc (LON: SRES) ("Sunrise" or the "Company") the AIM quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company, has today been notified that Paul Johnson has increased his holding in the Company and is now interested in 52,025,589 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence, representing 4.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
