The Company announces that it has today been notified by Francis Johnstone, a
Non-Executive Director, that he has today purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of
0.1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1.4 pence per share.

Mr. Johnstone therefore now holds a total of 1,094,996 shares in the Company
representing 0.78% of the issued share capital.
