Elizabeth Cruickshank purchased 2,855 shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a
price of £2.42 per share.

Mrs Cruickshank is the wife of Don Cruickshank, the Company's non-executive
Chairman and as such, her interest is notifiable for the purpose of Sections
324 and 328 of the Companies Act 1985.
