STV Group plc announces conclusion of licence renewal process for 10-year term

STV Group plc today announces its acceptance of the new terms of its two broadcast licences as confirmed by Ofcom today. The licences have been renewed for the maximum term of 10 years until 31 December 2024.

As a result of the conclusion of the licence renewal process the Group's existing bank facility's maturity is extended from 31 December 2014 to 31 March 2016.

STV Group plc will announce its final results for the financial year ending 31 December 2013 on 6 March 2014.
