Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London 
Stock Exchange for the admission of 39,345 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each fully 
paid ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the Official List 
and to trading. Admission to the Official List and to trading is expected to 
occur on 3 December 2003.

These shares will be issued as deferred consideration for the acquisition of 
Town & District Posters Limited (acquired on 30 November 2001). Copies of this 
brochure are available for inspection from the Document Viewing Facility of the 
UK Listing Authority during the next two business days and from Hoare Govett Ltd 
up to and including 14 days from the date thereof.
