Admission to the Official List and First Day of Dealings

Streaks, a UK-based provider of conversational gaming, is pleased to announce that its ordinary shares of £0.001 each (Ordinary Shares) have been admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, following a successful placing of Ordinary Shares to raise £3m before expenses for the Company.

First dealings in the Ordinary Shares are due to commence at 8am today under the ticker symbol STK, making Streaks the first conversational gaming provider to join the London stock market.

A total of 100,000,000 ordinary shares (representing 26.4% of the Company's issued share capital on Admission) were placed at 3 pence per share, valuing Streaks at a market capitalisation of £11.3 million.

On admission, the Company will have 378,312,535 ordinary shares in issue.

Tennyson Securities Ltd acted as the broker to the Company.

The purpose of the flotation is to raise the public profile and provide new funds for the Company's expansion and long-term growth.

Commenting on Streaks flotation, Mike Edwards, Non-Executive Chairman, said:

"Streaks admission to the London Stock Exchange Main Market is a major step in the Company's development and will put us in a strong position to execute our long-term growth strategy."

Company highlights

The Company plans to create a global conversational gaming platform based on powerful Natural Language Processing (NLP) text generators like GPT-3.  As sports betting is increasingly being legalised across the United States, it is expected that many first time bettors will be first introduced to betting through conversational gaming. The Directors believe that Streaks will be able to leverage conversational gaming to service the growing demand for US sports betting.

The Company's conversational games will be free to play and will not involve betting, wagering or any other activity that requires licensing.
