Strategic Minerals Plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDY), the magnetite iron ore producer and exploration company, notifies that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 is now available on its website, www.strategicminerals.net, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a form of proxy.  The AGM will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP on 27 June 2013 at 10.00 am.

Copies of the Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form will be posted to all shareholders on the register of members today.
