Pursuant to the announcement made on 26 July 2007, the Company has been notified
of an amendment to the information disclosed.


The Company was informed on 2nd August 2007 by Rock Holdings Limited that as at
24 July 2007 Paul Chase-Gardener held interests in 387,000 shares of STM Group
plc and not 305,000 as previously stated.


Therefore as at the close of business on 24 July 2007 the following held the
following interests:


Rock Holdings Limited 3,670,367

Arron Banks 89,590

Paul Chase-Gardener 387,000


Together Rock Holdings Limited, Arron Banks and Paul Chase-Gardener are
interested in 4,146,957 shares of STM Group plc, which comprises approximately
11.65% of the issued shares of the Company.
