Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 21 May 2014 it transferred 17,280 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to be used for minority interest transfers to individuals.

Following this transfer the Company holds 79,126 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 124,360,694 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
