Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 May 2014 it transferred 2,716 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to be used for minority interest transfers to individuals.

Following this transfer the Company holds 96,406 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 124,343,414 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
