SThree plc announces that on 3 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 125,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 149.4998 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 152.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 144.50 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 129,281,787 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
