SThree plc announces that on 23 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 44,561 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 158.0037 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 159.375 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 156.25 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,902,315 ordinary shares of 1p each.
