SThree plc announces that on 23 May 2016 it issued 23,080 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,722,769 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,433,687 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 1,289,082 shares held in treasury.
