SThree plc announces that on 7 December 2015 it issued 19,528 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,614,228 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,225,556 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 388,672 shares held in treasury.
