SThree plc announces that on 29 March 2016 it issued 5,488 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,688,714 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,060,432 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 628,282 shares held in treasury.
