SThree plc announces that on 06 June 2016 it issued 26,065 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,748,834 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,404,752 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 1,344,082 shares held in treasury.
