SThree plc announces that on 21 December 2015 it issued 12,105 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,631,982 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,209,585 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 422,397 shares held in treasury.
