SThree plc announces that on 7 October 2015 it issued 441,922 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,092,534 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,846,501 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 246,033 shares held in treasury.
