SThree plc announces that on 21 September 2015 it issued 110,490 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,503,427 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,284,124 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 219,303 shares held in treasury.
