Close period repurchase programme

SThree plc ("SThree" or the "Company") announces that the Company has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangement with Investec, to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares in SThree to be held in treasury, during the Company's close period which will end on the day prior to the announcement of the Company's Interim Results. This arrangement is in accordance with Chapter 12 of the UKLA Listing Rules and SThree's general authority to repurchase shares.
