Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

SThree, the international specialist staffing business, announces that it has appointed Anne Fahy as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 October 2015. Anne will also serve on SThree's Audit and Nomination Committees, chairing the Audit Committee.

 

Anne is currently a Non-Executive Director of Interserve and was, until 31 July 2015, Chief Financial Officer of BP's Aviation Fuels business.

 

During her 27 years at BP Anne has gained extensive experience of global business, developing markets, risk management, internal control, compliance and strategy development in BP's aviation, petrochemicals, trading and retail sectors.

Anne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland having worked at KPMG in Ireland and Australia prior to joining BP in 1988.
